    • Implement and manage performance evaluations, support managers in conducting performance reviews, and assist in establishing improvement plans.
    • Oversee employee benefits and contribute to seamless onboarding experiences.
    • Ensure compliance and keep abreast of employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
    • Maintain meticulous associate records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
    Qualifications we Value
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adeptness in utilizing HR systems.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws with demonstrated application.
    • Previous experience in transportation and/or knowledge of DOT regulations and process a plus
    • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
    • A collaborative communicator with a knack for relationship building.
    • Ownership mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
    • Experience in crafting and updating employee handbooks.
    • Previous exposure to analyzing compensation and benefits trends.
    • Experience in conducting performance evaluation reviews.
