At Forrest Logistics, we’ve been financially sound from day one, building the company through our own personal investments rather than outside capital to ensure we did things the right way from the start.
Now that our drayage company has matured, we remain self-reliant, fueling our growth by reinvesting retained earnings back into the business. But our strength goes beyond financials. Diagnosed with autism at age 4, he is now 12 and the inspiration behind Forrest Logistics and our nonprofit foundation, Friends of Forrest. Raising Forrest has been a journey that has profoundly shaped our lives. Just like supply‑chain logistics and drayage freight, Forrest’s needs require ongoing, dedicated communication, vigilant problem‑solving, creativity, and the nurturing of meaningful relationships.
We have committed ourselves as Forrest’s caregivers on a challenging and sometimes lonely journey, to learn everything we can, simplify the complicated, advocate fiercely, create a community of inclusivity, and pave new roads ahead, much as our drayage trucking company clears paths for customers every day.
Forrest Logistics donates $1.50 from each load to our foundation in the hope that the roads we’ve cleared for Forrest can remain open to others. Friends of Forrest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering meaningful friendships for all neurodivergent individuals and helping forge new paths for the community by financially supporting impactful philanthropic causes.
