    Qualifications we value

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of proven success in port drayage sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
    • Exceptional communicator with outstanding verbal, written, and organizational skills.
    • Tech-savvy and data-driven, with experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, highly self-motivated, and fully accountable for results.
    • Proven closer, with a history of successfully developing and securing new business partnerships.
    • Values-driven leader, committed to aligning decisions and interactions with Forrest Logistics’ mission and core values.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to build relationships and expand market reach.
